How Color Cat-s create Catalyst Harmonies
Complimentary / Adjacent Exclusionary Configuration”
The Color Cubes are an arrangement of the color samples on the cubes that produce their Catalyst effect. It is one where where ‘garish compliments’ and ‘boring adjacent’ color combinations are disallowed by their presence on the same cube. You will note that there are 8 groups of three on the Cubes. On the circle the adjacent groups are across from one another in a complimentary manner. On the color wheel included see the labeling of this configuration. A Cube top Yellows across from A Cube bottom violet and so on.. Users who demand those two colors together know in advance what they want and may use the independent Color Cards to augment their work with the Color Cubes. Note that the adjacent color relationships when desired may be achieved with the use of the translucent modification Gels.
